Situated at the heart of the space is a stylish bar, featuring custom cabinets and a striking brick wall backdrop. An 8-foot island with sleek bar stools adds a touch of sophistication, anchoring the room to the concrete slab below.

Adjacent to the bar, you'll find a pool table room with a floating live edge shelf, perfect for friendly competition. On the other side lies a media room, complete with an L-shaped couch for comfortable viewing of the TV mounted on the brick wall. Throughout the basement, dark walnut engineered glue-down hardwood floors add warmth and character.
