Nestled beneath the surface, in a space boasting less than 800 sq ft and only one small window, lay a challenge waiting to be met. With exterior and interior walls built of unyielding cement blocks, creativity became our greatest asset in transforming this underground haven.

Enter a world of innovation and ingenuity, where every inch is maximized to its fullest potential. A small office space awaits, complete with a full bathroom for convenience and functionality. Adjacent, a cozy family room offers a tranquil retreat for TV viewing and relaxation.

But perhaps the crowning jewel of this basement is the wine cellar—a true labor of love. With a custom metal door beckoning guests inside, the cellar features bespoke wood racks meticulously crafted to display and showcase the client's prized wine collection. Chilled to perfection, and fortified with spray foam insulation on all walls and ceilings, this cellar ensures that every bottle is kept in optimal condition.
