Yet, from these obstacles emerged a breathtaking space that defies expectations at every turn.

A focal point of this hidden gem is the custom bar area, boasting sleek cabinets with floating shelves and inviting shiplap walls—a cozy retreat for gatherings and celebrations. Adjacent, a brick TV wall with a custom cabinet adds rustic charm and functionality to the space.

Throughout the basement, glue-down engineered hardwood floors exude warmth and durability, while wood columns serve as both structural support and decorative elements. Board and batten detailing in the hallway adds a touch of character and charm.

For those with active lifestyles, a small gym awaits, complete with mirrors and a rubber floor, providing a dedicated space for fitness pursuits. Meanwhile, a small woodworking shop and storage area offer opportunities for creativity and organization.
